They are super simple to make and don't take much time at all. Oh, by the way they taste soo good over rice.

1/4 medium onion
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 tbsp seasoned salt
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp crushed red pepper
1/2 pound pre-cooked chicken
Slice the Onion and both peppers into long strips
Mix in 1 bowl the onions, peppers, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper.
Cut chicken into long strips.
Place, Vegetables, and chicken into a pan and cook for 5-10 minutes on medium heat until vegetables get soft.
